Future plans
This year I aim to complete my CMALT portfolio and attain Certified Membership status. In addition, I also aim to complete the Leader@Lancaster programme to develop my reflective and leadership abilities. I will also take part in the ALT 2018 Annual Conference as one of the conference committee members.
Over the next 2 years, I aim to further my expertise in technology enhanced learning and teaching by attending and presenting at relevant conferences and events. I also aim to publish at least one paper related to a project that a colleague and I are currently undertaking related to independent learning. I have been considering undertaking doctoral level studies, and so this is something I will continue to explore with a view to starting doctoral level studies. I do know I am interested in pursuing doctoral level studies within the sphere of education and perhaps technology enhanced learning and teaching, if not peer assisted learning.
